JOB SUMMARY:
The Partner Engagement Field Advisor will serve as a primary point of contact for prospective students. This hybrid role combines traditional admissions responsibilities with event representation and lead generation, ensuring a personalized, high-quality experience for prospective students. The Partner Engagement Field Advisor will guide students through the enrollment process, from inquiry to start and matriculation, and will also represent Post University at regional events to promote its programs and build strong relationships with prospective students.
Post University currently offers the option to work remotely in this position. Candidates must plug their equipment into their home router (a 50-foot ethernet cable will be provided by Post). No wireless connections are supported. The home internet minimum requirements are a 25 Mb download speed, a 15 Mb upload speed, and a Ping rate less than 60. The upload speed is essential for a consistent audio connection for the phone system. (Please use the link provided to test your home network speed www.speedtest.net.) Applicants may be asked to provide their speed test results during the screening process. Individuals whose home network speed does not meet the minimum requirements can independently contact their ISP to upgrade their service before moving forward.
Whenever working remotely, the candidate’s home network must meet the minimum required speed and follow the hardware connection settings determined by their provisioned equipment and department role. Additionally, candidates must have a reliable Internet connection and a designated and private home office or alternative workspace free from noise or distractions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Admissions Advising and Student Engagement
- Act as the primary advisor for prospective students, guiding career goals, degree options, tuition, and education benefits.
- Build strong relationships with students to ensure a seamless and supportive admissions process.
- Serve as a trusted resource to prospective students, addressing questions and concerns to help them make informed decisions about their education.
- Event Representation and Lead Generation
- Represent Post University at regional events, focusing on non-healthcare partner events, to promote academic programs and engage prospective students.
- Work with the Partner Engagement leadership team to identify and attend events that align with strategic enrollment goals.
- Collect quality leads and applications at events to generate 7+ inquiries or applications per event and one start from each partner event attended.
- Lead Management and Conversion
- Ensure timely and personalized follow-up on all leads generated from events through phone, email, and text communication.
- Nurture leads through the enrollment funnel by providing clear guidance and building trust, emphasizing achieving a 15% or higher lead-to-start conversion rate.
- Collaborate with Financial Aid, Student Accounts, Academic Advising, and the Partner Engagement team to ensure prospective students are fully supported through enrollment.
- Regional Territory Management
- Conduct local and regional travel to represent Post University at events and foster relationships with prospective students and partners.
- Collaboration and Reporting
- Partner closely with the Partner Engagement team to align event representation and lead generation efforts with institutional goals.
- Track and report on lead conversion metrics and start outcomes to measure the effectiveness of outreach efforts.
- Participate in regular team meetings and share insights on student needs and enrollment trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in admissions, sales, or a related field; experience in higher education is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Willingness to travel regionally and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Key Performance Metrics:
- Generate a minimum of 7 inquiries or applications per event.
- Achieve a lead-to-start conversion rate of 15% or higher each term.
- Demonstrate strong event participation and timely follow-up to foster high-quality student engagement.
