Description
You will serve as a FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT ANALYST in the CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA.
For GS-11:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized Financial Management Analyst experience equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or equivalent pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing a majority or all of the following duties: 1) Analyzing and recommending costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization's programs and administrative operations; 2) Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer requirements align with program and current policies and procedures; 3) Knowledge and experience with the end to end procure to pay (P2P) Contract Vendor Pay Process; 4) Use Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) or related automated financial system to extract, interpret, and analyze financial reports and statistical data; and 5.) Applying identification, analysis and conceptualization of budgetary problems and development of alternative solutions.
GS-09:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or equivalent pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing a majority or all of the following duties: 1) Analyzing and recommending costs and benefits of alternative methods of financial management of organization's programs and administrative operations; 2) Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer requirements align with program and current policies and procedures; 3) Knowledge and experience with the end to end procure to pay (P2P) Contract Vendor Pay Process; and 4) Use Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) or related automated financial system to extract, interpret, and analyze financial reports and statistical data.

For the GS-09 level:
Successful completion of master's or equivalent graduate degree
or
Successful completion of 2 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
Possession of a LL.B. or J.D., if related to this position
For the GS-11 level:
Successful completion of a Ph.D. or equivalent doctoral degree
or
Successful completion of 3 full years of progressively higher level graduate education leading to such a degree
or
Possession of a LL.M., if related to this position
