This position is responsible for generating sponsorship revenue for Hersheypark, GIANT Center, Hershey Bears, Hershey Theatre, and special events with a concentration on Hersheypark sponsorships and revenues.

Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):

Generate revenue for the Hershey Entertainment Group by successfully negotiating sponsorship packages for Hersheypark, GIANT Center, Hershey Bears, Hershey Theatre and special events.*

Successfully renew and/or upgrade existing sponsorship accounts in order to achieve sponsorship revenue goals for the entities listed above.*

Prospect, network, and generate new sales leads on a daily basis and maintain accurate records of all leads generated, proposals developed, and status of all accounts currently evaluating a potential sponsorship at all the related entities above. This includes accurate record keeping, notes and updates in the department CRM database, communication with other affected departments and within the Corporate Partnerships team.*

Coordinate, oversee and have an on-site presence with on-site sponsor events as it relates to existing and new sponsorship accounts at all entities listed above.*

Coordinate and host clients at designated events including the Suite at the GIANT Center.*

Perform other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:

Minimum of 1 years of related experience.

Industry Experience - Sales/Marketing/Public Relations
-
18 years of age or older.

Must have a valid Drivers' License
-
Bachelor’s degree
-
Relevant work experience can be substituted for education - 3 years
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications, including Excel and Word.

Skilled in the use of a CRM or contact database

Must have strong organizational skills

Competent in managing multiple client accounts
