As a QxH Business Analyst, you'll be the foundation of our Extended Assortment (EA) business—ensuring our data is accurate and actionable. Most of your time will be spent independently maintaining reports and data, work that's essential to our success. The (EA) business is an essential driver of our "shop anytime, anywhere" vision and your perspective matters here: Outside of the day-to-day, we'll count on your insights and ideas to challenge the status quo and help shape strategy. You'll have direct opportunities to influence how we connect with customers and drive growth in digital commerce.
Where You'll Work
- This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at Studio Park (West Chester, PA) several days per month. Job seekers must reside in one of the following states to be considered: PA, NJ, and DE. Relocation assistance is not able for this role.
What You'll Do
- Own and maintain regular data extracts and reporting—your consistency in this regular but critical work is what powers our most exciting strategies and business decisions.
- Ensure inventory sufficiency by communicating needs to vendors and sharing actionable insights with merchants.
- Maintain the Extended Assortment catalog through accurate reporting and process monitoring.
What You'll Bring
- Experience in Merchandising, Digital Commerce, Supply Chain, Planning, or Business/Financial Analysis.
- Advanced Excel (can maintain complex spreadsheets) and PowerPoint skills are a must; SQL experience and data visualization abilities are a plus.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, with a sharp eye for detail and a sense of ownership.
- Spot data outliers and translate analysis into business impact.
- Solid grasp of retail math, OTB, and statistics.
- Discipline to excel in repetitive tasks, knowing your work is the foundation for actionable insights.
- Balance routine work with opportunities for strategic input and innovation
Growth Opportunities
- Support the Senior Analyst in ad hoc report creation, share-outs, and presentation materials for cross-functional teams and senior leadership.
- Analyze KPIs and business components to identify drivers, challenges, and opportunities for improvement.
- Champion data democratization—get good data into as many hands as possible, driving decisions.
- Contribute to process improvement, AI/automation initiatives, and profit growth as you develop in the role.
