This is a first shift opportunity with a prevailing wage of $78.90/hr (prevailing wage $44.13/hr Fringe$34.77) . Job Scope:
- Tear down roofing
- Install new flat roofs
- Reinforce rubber seal coating
- Lay rubber
- Ensure proper drainage
Requirements:
- 4+ years of roofing experience
- Reliable transportation and attendance
- Basic hand tools and PPE
- OSHA 10; TI will provide the course to qualified candidates
- Must pass a background check and drug screen
