About this role:

Wells Fargo is seeking a Full Stack Java Senior Software engineer

In this role, you will:

  • Work with business to capture requirements and engage with them in SDLC life cycle
  • Co ordinate with Dev Ops for build and deployment configuration and issue resolution
  • Mentor Junior team members and work with other teams to collaborate on design and development work
  • Plan projects timelines and resources as needed.
  • Design, code, test, debug, and document for projects and programs
  • Review and analyze complex, large-scale technology solutions for tactical and strategic business objectives, enterprise technological environment, and technical challenges that require in-depth evaluation of multiple factors, including intangibles or unprecedented technical factors
  • Make decisions in developing standard and companywide best practices for engineering and technology solutions requiring understanding of industry best practices and new technologies, influencing and leading technology team to meet deliverables and drive new initiatives
  • Collaborate and consult with key technical experts, senior technology team, and external industry groups to resolve complex technical issues and achieve goals
  • Lead projects, teams, or serve as a peer mentor

Required Qualifications:

  • 8+ years of Software Engineering experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience
  • 8 + years of Java experience
  • 4+ years of RESTful API design and development experience
  • 4+ Years of Angular UX development
  • 5+ years of spring boot and other frameworks
  • Excellent Java data structures and data parsing
  • 4+ experience in services load balancing and performance fine tuning
  • 4+ years experience in database design and development
  • 1+ years of experience with building, deploying, and securing cloud platforms
  • Solid understanding of distributed computing.
  • Prior banking domain skills and depth knowledge in risk & finance forecasting domain

Desired Qualifications:

  • A Master’s degree or higher in computer science
  • A professional certification in technology
  • Basic knowledge of industry regulations related to building technological solutions
  • Knowledge and understanding of DevOps principles
  • Should have leadership skills to drive work stream from technical aspects
  • Should have command knowledge on story estimations, design reviews, code reviews, quality code delivery

Pay Range

Reflected is the base pay range offered for this position. Pay may vary depending on factors including but not limited to achievements, skills, experience, or work location. The range listed is just one component of the compensation package offered to candidates.

$84,000.00 - $164,400.00
