CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
- Work closely with various departments to increase cost awareness.
- Responsible for the creation and maintenance of cost-benefit calculation
- Provide financial guidance and support to operations.
- Work with Automation and digitalization of data
- Prepare and post monthly closing entries and perform other closing activities.
- Administer and maintain financial controls and financial systems.
- Participate in regional groups as necessary.
- Additional duties and responsibilities as assigned.
CRITICAL COMPETENCIES
Technical Competencies:
- Technical Expertise: Experience with business intelligence tools such as Power BI and QlikView is highly desired. Some programming experience: Python preferred. Experience in SAP FI and Essbase is also an added advantage.
- Analytical Skills: Recognizing patterns in data, information, or events, drawing logical conclusions, and making recommendations for action
- Flexibility: Performing a wide range of tasks, responding to changes in direction and priorities, and accepting new challenges, responsibilities, and assignments

Minimum Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required. MBA, CMA, or CPA is desirable
- Minimum 3 years related financial, manufacturing, or public accounting work experience
