Resource Management Advisor

Position Summary

Working from any CCA Family Service Center, located in Pennsylvania, the Resource Management Advisor is responsible for reviewing and auditing processes ensuring compliance and advancing innovation with external partners. In order to be successful in any role at CCA, employees must carry out all responsibilities in such a way that demonstrates and models the values of CCA, abides by all standards, and acts in a professional and engaging manner at all times.

Responsibilities:
Processes and Procedures
  • Reviewing policies and procedures from Phillips to ensure compliance and continuous process improvement
  • Conducting monthly audits on Phillips processes
  • Creating Process Maps for all Phillips and CCA processes
  • Updating internal CCA policies and procedures
  • Providing training for new and updated policies and procedures
  • Piloting new project approaches
  • Accumulating and maintaining knowledge of CCA board policies and federal and state regulations
Data Oversight
  • Identify inaccuracies in data and develop processes to prevent them from happening again
  • Managing cyclical data reviews
  • Conducting transaction audits
  • Point of contact for escalated matters
Customer Service
  • Understanding and communicating clearly unique circumstances involving individual learners and family situations with other stakeholders
  • Efficiently communicating with learners and families
  • Supporting internal CCA Community with questions/issues in a timely manner
  • Answering the family support line
  • Knowledgeable about processes throughout the Department of Quality and Compliance
  • Supporting other teams including State Testing, Business Office, Special Education, Quality and Compliance, Phillips, and others
  • Other duties as assigned

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role. Requires the ability to lift, squat, sit, bend, or stand as necessary. Ability to travel to other sites/locations as needed.
