As a Business Experience Planning & Administration Specialist within PNC's Treasury Management Planning & Strategy organization, you will be based anywhere within the PNC footprint. The Business Experience Planning & Administration Specialist Sr. will be focused on the following activities: • Serve as the liaison and trusted advisor between the Employee Center of Excellence (ECOE) team and the Treasury Management Client Care Strategy team. o Understand current development efforts underway and what will be delivered at upcoming technology releases. o Proactively understand Product Implementation Platform (PIP) roadmap and manage ECOE project plan to ensure effective business readiness efforts. o Partner with training team in developing training materials and communications. o Serve as a consultant to the TM Strategy team to understand business processes and help them gather information for development. o Provide constant feedback to help improve technology release processes o Consult on PIP workflows and process as we continue to expand to new products and functionalities. • Partner with TM product teams and other partners on process improvement efforts. • Take ownership of User Acceptance Testing processes ensuring that teams are knowledgeable around expectations / deadlines. • Monitor training documentation to ensure information is up-to-date and accessible for our users. • Support change management initiatives by thinking innovatively and being an advocate for change, helping to move the entire business of Treasury Management forward through engaging with new process and new technology. • This individual will also be tasked with a variety of alternate tasks to help TM drive and support transformational change. Ideal candidates for this position should have prior Treasury Management experience, project management skills and knowledge of change management processes. This is a remote position. Work may be performed from a quiet, confidential space in a home location, approved by PNC. This position may not be available in all geographic locations. Defines and obtains data collection, research and reporting activities for assigned line of business initiatives. Analyzes and recommends solutions for key initiatives. Works with key decision makers to ensure cross-business and cross-functional alignment and synergy. Serves as subject matter resource and advocate that implements best practices and learning plans to meet business objectives. Certifications are often desired. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered. Education Bachelors Certifications No Required Certification(s) Licenses No Required License(s) Pay Transparency Base Salary: $55,000.00 – $127,400.00 Salaries may vary based on geographic location, market data and on individual skills, experience, and education. This role is incentive eligible with the payment based upon company, business and/or individual performance.
