This position ensures the confidentiality of all data and information that is required to process all Time and Attendance activities and functions for employees of Driver and Vehicle Services in an accurate and timely fashion. This includes payroll processing functions, assisting with time and attendance issues, conducting in processing and out processing of employees and performing other basic clerical duties assigned.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
  • Full-time employment, 37.5 hours per week.
  • Work hours are 8:00am to 4:30pm, Monday - Friday, with a 1-hour lunch.
  • Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment within the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of $35,306 (before taxes).

QUALIFICATIONS 
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
  • Six months as a Clerical Assistant 1 (commonwealth title); or
  • Graduation from high school; or
  • An equivalent combination of experience and training.

Additional Requirements:
  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.
