Description You will serve as a Financial Management Analyst in the Financial Management Community of CNSSC MECHANICSBURG NWCF MHA.Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized Financial Management Specialist experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level in the Federal Service or equivalent demonstrating an extensive knowledge and skill apply principles, concepts, policies and practices to preform assignments concerning financial management and budget operations. Experience also demonstrates using financial automated systems such as Navy Enterprise Resource Planning (N-ERP) to extract, interpret, and analyze financial reports and statistical data. Specific work experience may demonstrate the following duties: 1) Preparing budget exhibits based on the requirements for Navy Working Capital Funds (NWCF); 2) Monitoring budget execution to ensure compliance within the DoD Financial Management Regulation (FMR) and presenting performance metrics to senior leadership; 3) Collaborating with both internal and external stakeholders to ensure customer requirements align with program budget plans; and 4) Developing determining, and interpreting policies and practices to resolve operational challenges.
