Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment, 37.5 hour work week
- Work hours are 8:00 AM to 4:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with 30-minute lunch.
- Travel is required
- Telework: You will not have the option to telework in this position.
- This position is eligible for full retirement benefits at age 50 or 55.
- Salary: Selected candidates who are new to employment with the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania will begin employment at the starting annual salary of 67,433.00 (before taxes).

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year of experience as a Correctional Industries Manager 1 (Commonwealth job title or equivalent Federal Government job title, as determined by the Office of Administration); or
- Seven years of progressively responsible experience in a manufacturing or a service oriented production operation, including three years of supervisory experience; or
- A Master’s Degree with major course work in industrial engineering, business administration, public administration, vocational education, industrial education, or related area and two years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing or a service oriented production operation; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training, including three years supervisory experience in a manufacturing or a service oriented production operation. Formal study at a college or university with major course work in industrial engineering, business administration, public administration, vocational education, industrial education, or related training may be substituted for non-supervisory experience on a year-for- year basis to a maximum of four years.
Other Requirements:
- Successful completion of basic training in Elizabethtown, PA is required.
