This is a first shift opportunity, and the pay rate is up to $35/hour based on experience and skill level. Job Scope:
- Complete wiring for new commercial buildings
- Installation of panels, switchgear, and distribution systems
- Lighting systems (interior, exterior, LED upgrades, and retrofits)
- Dedicated circuits for equipment and machinery
- Electrical system upgrades and capacity expansions
- Tenant build-outs and office reconfigurations
- Code compliance corrections and system modernization
- Troubleshooting and repair of electrical issues
- Preventative maintenance programs
- Emergency service and rapid response
- Backup generators and UPS systems
- Install data/communication cabling
- Fire alarm system wiring (in coordination with fire protection contractors)
- Energy-efficient solutions and lighting controls
- Work performed to NEC and local code requirements
- Permitting and inspection coordination
- Job site safety and quality assurance
