What you will do
- Development of PowerBI dashboards for Key Performance Indicators
- Automation of system reports and applications
- Utilizing our Enterprise Resource Planning system (IFS), validate and if necessary, update part set ups, accounting groups, unit costing, part usage rates.
- Price matching between Volvo systems (GPS and IFS)
- Utilization of various Volvo systems to identify, validate and report part information for analysis.
- Validation of alternate components for product structures in ERP system.
- Work with Parts Shipping and Receiving Supervisor to update material movements to ensure compliance with Volvo Production System principles – Update Standard Operating Procedures.

- Attention to Detail: Monitoring adherence to standards and actively checking for accuracy of data received or generated before passing it on
- Self-starter; works independently; takes initiative
- Excellent computer skills; proficient in Microsoft Office applications
