OneSource Staffing is hiring Assemblers for two established manufacturing companies in the Berwick area. These are 1st shift, temp-to-hire opportunities offering competitive pay, steady hours, and long-term potential.

Job Responsibilities

• Assemble products using hand tools and power tools

• Inspect components and finished assemblies to ensure quality and conformity

• Read and interpret manufacturing drawings, blueprints, and work instructions

• Assemble products according to customer and company specifications

• Use torque wrenches, calipers, and other measuring equipment

• Package finished products to ensure safe delivery to customers

• Maintain a clean and safe work area by returning tools and equipment at the end of each shift

Qualifications

• Previous mechanical or assembly experience preferred

• Ability to read and follow drawings and work instructions

• Strong attention to detail and quality

• Comfortable using measuring and torque equipment

• Reliable, safety-conscious, and team-oriented
