If you are driven by a desire to contribute to infrastructure development and possess strong analytical skills, we have an exciting opportunity for you. We are seeking a meticulous and experienced General Real Estate Appraiser specializing in right-of-way acquisition. Your role will be essential in establishing fair market values and evaluating just compensation for any damage incurred. In this position, you will utilize your expertise to ensure equitable compensation for property owners affected by right-of-way projects, while also ensuring that appraisals are completed efficiently to meet project deadlines. We invite you to apply and be part of our mission to enhance transportation systems!

You will also be responsible for identifying any hidden issues or omissions not indicated in the plans. Minor adjustments will be reported to your supervisor through the Right-of-Way office program if a claimant is involved, while more significant concerns that may impact deadlines will require a formal response.
