    As Senior Creative Executive, TV Partnerships, you'll connect brands with our TV shows in meaningful ways. You'll work closely with Amazon MGM Studios' TV teams to find natural opportunities for brand partnerships, whether through show integrations, sponsorships, or custom content campaigns. A successful Senior Creative Executive, TV Partnerships will be the bridge between our creative teams and advertising partners, working on both new and returning TV series.

    This role needs someone who understands both the creative and business sides of television. A Senior Creative Executive, TV Partnerships will work with many teams across Amazon, from Production to Advertising Sales to Marketing. Most importantly, they’ll help shape how brands and television work together at Amazon MGM Studios.

    This role requires a deep understanding of the creative process, including the ability to ideate alongside creative executives and showrunners as well as brand managers, account executives, and promotions team members. The role requires consistent cross-functional collaboration. A successful Sr. Creative Executive, TV Partnerships will be highly organized, an effective communicator, a strong process builder, and someone who can effectively navigate ambiguity.

    Key job responsibilities
  • Identify and execute brand integration, sponsorship, and custom content partnerships.
  • Conduct script coverage, series and episodic breakdowns, and brand opportunity identification.
  • Ideate alongside creative executives, showrunners, brand managers, account executives, and promotions team members.
  • Interface with cross-functional teams including Ads, Marketing, Production, Finance, Operations, and more.
  • Collaborate with and manage external partners to implement integrations, sponsorships, and custom content campaigns that support our Advertising business.
  • Partner closely with Amazon Studios' Marketing Promotions on integrated marketing and co-promotional partnerships.
  • Drive successful partnerships to completion while balancing creative intentions and brand objectives
  • Must be able to manage multiple projects at one time.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of professional non-internship experience
  • Extensive experience in the film and television industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams and stakeholders
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Experience presenting metrics and progress to goal to senior leadership
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate ambiguity and build effective mechanisms and processes

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Experience working with streaming platforms or digital content distribution
  • Knowledge of the advertising technology landscape
  • Experience working in ad sales and/or integrated marketing is a plus
  • Familiarity with Amazon's entertainment offering
  • Track record of successful brand integrations and/or custom-content campaigns in high-profile film or television projects is a plus
  • Strong pulse on industry trends
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills with ability to establish credibility and influence cross-functional stakeholders

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $111,900/year in our lowest geographic market up to $185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
