Description About the Position: Serve as a Realty Specialist (Regional Technical Specialist) for the administration of P.L.91-646 relocations under the Federal Relocation Assistance Program with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Great Lakes and Ohio River Division.

This is a competitive upgrade of an encumbered position, no vacancy exists. In order to qualify, you must meet the experience requirements described below. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., Peace Corps, AmeriCorps) and other organizations (e.g., professional; philanthropic; religious; spiritual; community; student; social). You will receive credit for all qualifying experience, including volunteer experience. Your resume must clearly describe your relevant experience; if qualifying based on education, your transcripts will be required as part of your application. Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience equivalent to at least the GS-12 grade level in the Federal service which includes advising on Civil Works and Military programs in the administration of Public Law 91-646 relocations under the Federal Relocation Assistance Program; applying standard and new Realty practices and procedures; and providing solutions for U.S. Army Corps of Engineers acquisition mission issues.

Time in Grade Requirement: Applicants who have held a General Schedule (GS) position within the last 52 weeks must have 52 weeks of Federal service at the next lower grade or equivalent (GS-12).
Salary103,409.00 - 150,075.00 Annual
