The Opportunity
- Reporting to the Senior Manager, Consolidations & Reporting, you will oversee the consolidation of financial statements, while ensuring accuracy and compliance with accounting principles. You will coordinate across Controllership and Finance to collect and analyze financial data, prepare comprehensive financial reports, and provide insights for management and for external filing purposes.
- You will be hybrid-remote (4-6 times per month at our West Chester, PA office).

Your Impact
- Support the monthly, quarterly, and annual consolidation processes for all subsidiaries.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal policies.
- Analyze consolidation entries, balances, and intercompany transactions.
- Prepare consolidated financial statements for senior management and partners.
- Develop internal reporting frameworks to track financial performance and KPIs.
- Coordinate with auditors for year-end reporting and audits.
- Identify areas for process enhancement and implement changes to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Stay updated on industry's best practices and accounting standards.
- Train and improve team’s capabilities and knowledge.
- Coordinate finance teams across different regions to ensure data collection and consolidation.
- Collaborate with Director Financial Systems and team and with IT to enhance financial systems and reporting tools.
- Research and document accounting policy positions.
What You Bring
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master's degree or CPA/CFA preferred).
- 5+ years of technical accounting experience .
- 5+ years of financial reporting and consolidations experience.
- 5+ years experience supporting SEC filings.
- Experience in a publicly held company preferred.
Remote work is not permitted in NYC at this time.
