We are seeking a highly motivated and organized individual for the position of Human Resources Coordinator for our First Quality Print & Packaging facility located in Anderson, SC. This position will be responsible for managing timekeeping for hourly employee workforce and providing support for all Operational Management in addition to Human Resources.

Primary responsibilities include:

  • Administer all aspects of payroll for employees, including data entry, calculations, and deductions.
  • Ensure accuracy and timeliness of all payroll transactions and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Maintain and update employee records, including personal information, benefits, and performance reviews.
  • Assist in the recruitment and job postings and selection process, including scheduling interviews and conducting background checks.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding, including orientation and training.
  • Coordinate employee benefits programs, including health insurance, and vacation/sick time.
  • Act as a liaison between employees and management, handling inquiries and addressing any concerns.
  • Update and maintain HR policies and procedures.
  • Assist with performance evaluation process and performance improvement plans.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our company remains competitive in the market.

The ideal candidate should possess the following:

  • Associate degree in business administration or equivalent experience.
  • One to two years of experience preferred.
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Windows.
  • Excellent computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and HRIS systems, Kronos, SAP and Workday.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Confidentiality.
  • Detail-oriented and able to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • Team player with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Office setting with ability to be on production floor as needed.
  • Physical requirements – lifting, standing, and stooping.
