Tradesmen International is immediately hiring skilled Flat Welders for projects located in and around New Castle, CA. This is a first shift opportunity with a pay rate of up to $25/hour based on experience & skill level. Job Scope:
- Perform repetitive welding tasks using .045 or 1/16 flux core wire
- Fabricate and assemble metal components according to specifications
- Lift & handle materials up to 50lbs safely & efficiently
- Assist with drilling, fitting, & general fabrication work in the shop
- Support other welders & shop personnel with ongoing projects as needed
- Other tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- 3+ Years of Welding Experience
- Ability to lift and handle materials up to 50lbs safely and efficiently
- Must have Reliable Transportation
- Hand Tools
- Proper PPE
