As a Business Analyst 3, you will be responsible for documenting, reporting, and recommending findings to executive management, as well as monitoring, diagnosing, and maintaining these applications and their respective operating environments. This professional manages internal and external relationships supportive of PMRS technology requirements including but not limited to:
- Other Commonwealth agencies including the Office of Administration, Office of Information Technology
- Technology vendors and contractors in support of PMRS business applications or other PMRS initiatives
- Other PMRS business partners
You will also function as the liaison between the PMRS business users and the supporting information technology developers in support of PMRS' business applications. You will assist in developing reports in addition to analyzing any modifications in business requirements due to PMRS board, regulatory, or legislative changes. This role requires the ability to comprehensively review, understand, and document PMRS business processes.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:
- Full-time employment
- Work hours are 7:45 AM to 4:15 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 60-minute lunch.
- Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time, up to 3 days per week, upon successful completion of the training period. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Harrisburg.

QUALIFICATIONS
Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
- One year as a Business Analyst 2; or
- Two years of business process analysis experience and a bachelor’s degree; or
- Six years of business process analysis experience; or
- An equivalent combination of experience and training.
