Description You will serve as a Program Manager in the Enterprise Logistics Engineering Department of CNSSC FLD DET MECH PA.Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized Program Manager experience equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or equivalent pay band in the Federal service responsible for program management and optimization of Data Initiatives and programs. Specific work experience must demonstrate the following duties: 1) Utilize a mastery of advanced management principles and practices coupled with a comprehensive knowledge of program management, financial management, programming and budgeting regulation to accomplish sequencing and timing of key program events and milestones, and providing methods of evaluating program accomplishment; 2) Apply the mastery knowledge of Program Management and execution of program management principles and project management theories, principles, and practices combined with a thorough understanding of the analytical, evaluative, and administrative methods and techniques required for managing information systems programs; 3) Apply of a wide range of qualitative and/or quantitative methods for assessment of issues, development of solutions, and removal of impediments to the completion of a comprehensive project and systems development management; and 4) Demonstrated skill in gathering, analyzing and evaluating information, drawing conclusions and recommending appropriate action.
