The Opportunity
You will work remotely in a qualified state and report to the Director Network Operations Programs, the Sr. Change Management Partner will be aligned to the WMS roll-out, providing expertise to implement the project Change Enablement strategy, approach, and tools.
Your Impact
- Partner to lead the development of the project change enablement strategy and plan. Help implement project change management approach and tools.
- Partner with project team and impacted People Leaders to gain visibility to projects, team member impacts, and timelines
- Perform assessments and determine degree and type of impact to end user skills and behaviors, job/tasks, technology, and organizational culture.
- This team member will lead the execution of change enablement activities for this large-scale change initiative, including being a coach for senior leaders and executives in helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in industrial/organizational psychology, organizational behavior, organizational development, organization effectiveness, or related field required or equivalent experience and education
- PROSCI Change Management Certification
- 3+ years of experience partnering with and influencing senior leadership
- 2+ years of experience leading organizational change initiatives using change management principles, methodologies, and tools
