Position: Administrative Assistant II
In addition to the general job description below, the ideal candidate will also possess the following skills and/or experience: Knowledge of office management systems and procedures, Excellent time management skills and ability to multitask and prioritize work, Attention to detail and problem-solving skills, Assist with company events for employees. Resourcefulness and Flexibility. Data reporting analysis is a plus. A minimum of 6 months to 1 year payroll experience with MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPointand an email system.

Provide administrative and clerical support to management including the management of personnel records. Work under general supervision of the General Manager while providing personal secretarial services and administrative assistance. Exercise discretion and judgment on occasion and provide courteous, responsive, and accurate information to associates.
