The purpose of the food and beverage supervisor is to provide first level supervision and operational support to an assigned F&B area within Hersheypark.

Supervise and facilitate F&B operations for assigned area(s) of responsibility. Monitor team members in the assigned area of responsibility and see to the proper execution of F&B standards for food preparation and guest satisfaction.*

Provide on the spot training, coaching, leadership, and instruction to F&B team members.*

Maintain knowledge of F&B offerings at multiple outlets throughout the Entertainment Complex. Demonstrate correct service standards and fill-in as needed to assist operations.*

Monitor daily financial results and report issues and concerns to the area manager. Control expenses through effective staffing, waste monitoring, and resource management.*

Provide hands-on training to employees in order to maintain consistent service standards in support of the Hersheypark brand. Assist in onboarding new F&B team members.*

Provide first line support to guests with issues or concerns. Escalate guest concerns as needed.*

Assist in seasonal event set-ups and other themed projects as needed.*
