Work Hours: 8:00 am to 4:00 pm; Monday - Friday; 30 minute lunch
This technical position assists the Network Administrator with providing a smooth operation to the approximately 200 users within seven office locations and five client facilities. Handle requests for assistance, information and handle hardware and software issues for staff and contracted personnel; and resolves or consults Network Administrator to ensure work is completed efficiently and appropriately. Provide troubleshooting and resolution of Windows, Macintosh and Linux server problems with the guidance of the Network Administrator.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
An associate's degree in any information technology field; OR two years of experience providing information technology support services involving hardware and software installation, operation, and maintenance; OR an equivalent combination of experience and training.
