Available Positions (Both Shifts):
- Lumber Stacker (Heavy Lifting Required)
- Stacker/Inspector
Base Pay: $14.83 to $16.35 per Hour
- $2.00/hour Shift Differential for 3rd Shift
- Overtime Opportunities (Enhanced Rate)
- Hourly Perfect Attendance Bonus (paid bi-weekly!)
Higher starting pay may be offered for:
- Strong, consistent work history (listed on your resume)
- Previous manufacturing experience
- Woodworking background
Schedule:
- 3rd: Sunday, Midnight to 8:30 am & Mon to Thurs., from 10 pm to 6:30 am.
- Shift Differential for 3rd shift.
What You’ll Do: Depending on the position, duties may include;
- Assisting in the production of cabinet and cabinet door components
- Working with woodworking machines and assembly presses
- Stacking, inspecting, and moving lumber and finished parts
- Supporting overall production flow in a clean, fast-paced environment

Job Requirements:
- Must pass a background check, drug screening, and Occupational Health Physical
- Compliance with dress code and footwear policies (discussed at interview)
- Must be able to lift heavy materials (for Lumber Stacker role)
