*These are Full-Time positions, involving the covering and securing of loads, to ensure safe transportation and protect goods from environmental elements like rain, snow, and dust.*
Position Details:
- 2nd shift: Monday to Friday, from 2:45 pm to 11:15 pm.
- 3rd shift: Monday to Friday, from 10:45 pm to 7:15 pm.
This is a Physical Labor position, that requires attention to detail and being subjected to varying weather conditions.

** Previous experience in tarping operations or a related field (logistics, construction, or transportation) is preferred but not required.**
Job Duties: This position assists in the assessment of the load, selecting appropriate tarps, securing them properly, and ensuring that the load is stable and well-protected against the elements.
- Roll out required tarps and attach the tarp to tarp lifting equipment.
- Secure tarps tightly using bungee cords, or other appropriate tools to ensure the tarp does not shift or come loose during transit.
- Evaluate loads before and after tarp installation to ensure the covering provides adequate protection from the elements, and provides stability.
- Inspect tarps for wear and tear, patch or replace damaged tarps as necessary, and ensure that equipment used for securing the tarps is in good working condition.
- Maintain accurate records of tarp usage, load details, and any other relevant information as required by the facility and company.
- Prioritize safety above all else while performing every task.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements: Strong Attendance & Punctuality are Essential to be Successful in this role.
- Ability to follow Instructions and take Direction.
- Willingness to learn new Skills & Processes.
- Specific vision abilities that include close vision and distance vision (Corrected).
- Lift and or move up to 50 lbs. regularly, kneel, stoop stretch, climb, talk, and hear.
- Problem-Solving and Communications skills required to be successful.
- Possess a strong commitment to safety standards.
- This is a Tarping operation on and around Trailer, so Steel-Toe or ANSI approved composite footwear is required. All other Safety Gear / PPE are provided.
