Description You will serve as a MANAGER in the Ship Controls: Surface Combatants Branch of NSWC PHILA DIV. You will be responsible for providing program management to ensure quality, cost and schedule requirements are met. You will plan, direct, technically mange, and execute the programs and operations relative to enterprise machinery condition assessment and monitoring systems.FOR ND-05 (GS-14/15 equivalent): In addition to the Basic Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the next lower grade level or pay band (ND-04 or GS-12/13 equivalent) in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: experience as a professional ENGINEER or SCIENTIST leading or managing a team responsible for meeting cost, schedule, and performance expectations of assigned projects with regards to planning, direction, and success of program/systems development and research technology initiatives.
