Description You will serve as an EQUIPMENT SPECIALIST within NAVSUP WEAPON SYSTEMS SUPPORT.GS-11 Level:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-09 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as the following: 1) Analyzing and interpreting engineering technical data to support competitive acquisition through development or revision of technical specifications; 2) Interfacing with engineers to review changes, waivers, deviations by conducting research to determine validity of requests; 3) Recommending solutions to both logistics and procurement impediments; 4) Performing logistical analysis and material support coordination for assigned major commodities and categories of material; 5) Maintaining shipboard systems integrity by specializing in submarine and surface ship critical systems.

GS-09 Level:
Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-07 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing duties such as the following: 1) Analyzing and interpreting engineering technical data to support competitive acquisition through development or revision of technical specifications; 2) Assisting with review and research to determine validity of requests; 3) Preparing, revising, or reviewing purchase description standards or specifications that form a part of commercial contracts for repair work or new procurement.
