The Specialized Services team within Enterprise Functions Technology (EFT) / Platform Management (PM) / Platform Engineering (PE) group is seeking a senior Application Systems Engineer to work in a lead role supporting Enterprise One Number Environment (eONE).

Basic job responsibilities and individual expectations include:

  • OFSAA, AgileReporter,and related application environment administration.
  • Technical relationship management efforts on multiple platforms. 
  • Acts as primary contact for coordination, vulnerability compliance, release management, and production issue escalations. 
  • Tracks application and batch performance and coordinates plans for remediation of issues. 
  • Ensure PAC2000 tickets meet established SLAs. 
  • Ensure application monitoring meets best practices. 
  • Cross-team leadership efforts on resiliency advancement.
  • Align BCP plan for application; coordinate logistics for plan implementation, resource alignment. 
  • Assures quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported areas. 
  • Leads, coordinates, and develops additional staff.


Required Qualifications
  • 10+ years of application development and implementation experience
  • 3+ years of experience with logging, monitoring, and event detection on cloud or distributed platforms
  • 5+ years of Oracle experience
  • 5+ years of UNIX experience
  • 3+ years of release management experience
  • 1+ year of Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications (OFSAA) experience
  • 3+ years of administration experience
  • 3+ years of Weblogic experience
  • 3+ years of Java experience
  • 3+ years of relationship management experience with business and technology partners
  • 3+ years of leadership experience including coaching, training, or mentoring


Desired Qualifications
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge and understanding of source code version control systems, configuration management techniques and procedures


Other Desired Qualifications
  • Capacity analysis and environment allocation, refresh, upgrade, coordination experience.
  • Experience coordinating a complex OFSAA architecture  environment, team functions, and supporting functions.
  • Familiarity engaging  and working with Exadata teams.
  • 5+ years of application infrastructure and operations support experience.
  • 3+ years familiarity with: Autosys script coding; NDM file transmission automation; and tools experience such as TOAD or SQL Developer.
  • Experience with Lombard AgileReporter
