Candidate must:

1. Meet state/local age requirements for the serving of alcoholic at the time of appointment.
2. Be able to lift and carry weights up to 20 pounds.
3. Possess math skills necessary to calculate patron bills and take inventory.
4. Skill in mixing and serving alcoholic and nonalcoholic beverages.

Please Note: Highly Preferred Candidates will be those who currently possess a Responsible Alcohol Management Program (RAMP) certification. It can be uploaded with your application package or stated on your resume for reference but is not required at time of application. All who qualify for Highly Preferred status will be sent to the hiring manager first, and subsequent lists will be sent only at the manager's request.

Skills and Knowledge: Skill in mixing drinks using alcoholic beverages, beer and soda. Applies simple arithmetic in calculating bills and making change. Ability to recognize intoxicated and unruly patrons.

Responsibility: Receives specific instructions for new or unusual assignments. Routine work is performed without close supervision.

Physical Effort: Regularly lifts and carries items weighing up to 20 pounds. Occasionally lift and carry items weighing up to 40 pounds. Stands for prolonged periods.

Working Conditions: Work is primarily indoors. Exposed to cuts and bruises.

This position is a Flexible (Flex) position. You may be regularly scheduled or scheduled on an as needed basis, but there are no guaranteed hours. Flex employees are not entitled to leave or benefits.
