Description This position supervises the Forms and Publications Unit. The position performs technical work in managing and procuring for PENNDOT a variety of complex services and supplies as they relate to the Forms and Publications Management Program, which includes inventory management.

  • Work Hours: 8:00 am - 4:30 pm; Monday - Friday; 1 hour lunch
Among your responsibilities are:  Responsible for PENNDOT's Forms & Publications Management Program, primarily for envelopes and maps, however, knowledge of other commodities managed by the Forms and Publications Unit is necessary. Serves as Contract Manager for various PENNDOT printing contracts.

Administers, for PENNDOT, the Commonwealth's Contractor Responsibility Program for assigned contracts and recommends reporting of contractors for poor or non-performance.

Identifies industry best practices and recommends new procedures, practices and policies to management.

Responsible for independently performing analysis relating to Forms and Publications management and making recommendations on cost-effectiveness and efficiency.Qualifications:

  • Minimum Experience and Training Requirements: One year of experience as a
    Management Analyst 2; or three years of progressively responsible experience in technical management analysis work which included evaluating work methods, procedures or organizational structures, and a bachelor's degree; or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
  • Must be able to perform essential job functions
