About the Position: This position will service as Civilian Pay Customer Service Representative providing a wide variety of functions related to pay and compilation of reports in support of Directorate of Resource Management at Tobyhanna Army Depot, Tobyhanna, PA.

One year of specialized experience which includes 1) Maintaining employees' time and attendance records; 2) Answering questions regarding civilian pay issues; AND 3) Utilizing automated payroll systems. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-05).
Specialized Experience: One year of specialized experience which includes1) Maintaining payroll accounts and files; 2) Providing technical advice on civilian pay issues; AND 3) Analyzing pay and leave issues using automated production payroll systems. This definition of specialized experience is typical of work performed at the next lower grade/level position in the federal service (GS-06).
