Finance and Administration Project Coordinator
Position Description Working from our Capital Campus Family Service Center, the Finance and Administration Project Coordinator will assist with the day to day operations primarily in the areas of business, human resources, and facilities. The Finance and Administration Project Coordinator will report to the Executive Vice President of Finance and Administration.
In order to be successful in any role at CCA, employee must carry out all responsibilities in such a way that demonstrates and models the values of CCA, abides by all standards and behaves in a professional and engaged manner at all times.
Complete tasks that meet the goals and objectives of various departments across the school
Assist with developing proposals for new initiatives and recommending improvements and enhancements to existing programs and processes
Organize and manage various departmental and cross-departmental projects
Support facilities department by attending job site projects, etc.
Assist with RFQ & RFP process
Attend meetings – virtually or in person
Assist with contract review and maintenance
Support and work with other departments and CCA staff as needed

This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.
Requires the ability to lift, squat, sit, bend or stand as necessary. Ability to travel to other sites/locations as needed.
Position Type Full-time
Travel Position will require some travel within Pennsylvania
Occasionally an overnight stay or evening meeting availability will be required
Required Education and Experience Bachelor’s degree preferred
Additional Eligibility Qualifications Valid PA Driver’s License
Appropriate Automobile Insurance Coverage
