Description You will serve as a Program Analyst in the Supply operations and logistics policy of CNSSC OPERATIONAL SUPPORT FIELD.Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the (GS-12) grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: I have one year of specialized experience equivalent to the next lower grade level GS-12 or pay band in the federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector performing work that displays an in-depth understanding of Program analyst principles and practices to assist with total program development, implementation, and management of innovative supply and solutions across various systems. I have an in-depth knowledge of stored value card system to provide direct support to ships. I have experience analyzing changes and developing strategies for improvement within the stored value card system. Examples of specialized experience includes the following:1) technical knowledge of the Stored Value Card system to provide direct support to ships; 2) experience maintaining of a complex systems to provide support and guidance to ships;3) analyzing changes and proposed changes to shipboard processes and industry trends to identify any impacts on programs and ;4) experience demonstrating effective needs analysis, project management, course development, and evaluation skills.
