PRIMARY FUNCTION:

Provide and/or coordinate full estimating services on large, complex work and all types of contracts.

SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:

Educational and experience requirements include: 4-year engineering degree or equivalent combinations of technical training and/or related experience. 12+ years total experience in similar facility engineering and construction with a minimum of 5 years focused in estimating and cost controls for complex heavy civil and highway construction projects. Thorough knowledge of company procedures, estimating techniques, all engineering disciplines, cost control systems and accounts required. Ability to estimate all types of projects/contracts, plus ability to coordinate and supervise group work effort essential. Experience in alternative delivery models, proposal preparation and joint ventures management preferred.
