  • Full-time employment (Work hours Monday through Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.)

This Management Aide position involves rent collections, making deposits , and balance monthly rent control sheets.   Other duties include maintaining tenant files, tenant interviews for annual recertifications and interim recertifications, and enter related information into computer.   Verifies changes in income, assets, medical and changes in family composition and adjust rents based on verifications.  Prepares work order requests for Maintenance Dept.  Prepares lease packets and conducts leasing interviews.  May also assist with annual unit inspections. Qualifications:

  • Minimum Experience and Training Requirements - One (1) year of experience in performing tasks associated with the management of multi-family housing developments, or properties owned or administered by public housing agencies; OR one (1) year of comparable business, industrial, or professional employment; OR an equivalent combination of experience and training.

  • Must be able to perform essential job functions
