As a Contact Representative at the GS-0962-3 with a full performance level of GS-05, you will be part of Retirement Services/Retirement Operations-Boyers, Office of Personnel Management. If selected, you will be responsible for providing support through the performance of a variety of routine tasks.For the GS 3: You must have at least six months of general experience of progressively responsible clerical, office, or other work that indicates ability to acquire the particular knowledge and skills needed to perform the duties of this position OR you must have at least one year of education above the high school level.
