Work hours: 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM; Monday - Friday; 30 minute lunch period.
This position assists with purchasing and budgeting duties by completing line item reconciliation on purchase order invoices, receiving all invoices of purchases and determining appropriate payment procedure, reconciling VISA cards, and preparing and submitting all flight invoices. This position also assists with filling vacant positions; acts as Worker's Compensation Coordinator; assists in the orientation of new employees; serves as the District Telecommunications Coordinator; and serves as the District Out-Service Training Coordinator.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
Such training as may have been gained through graduation from a four year college or university or any equivalent combination of experience and training.
