In addition to the Basic Education Requirements for this position, your resume must also demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-11 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: 1) Construction management and construction engineering for alternations, repair, and new construction of a broad range of facilities; 2) Uses computer software to develop cost estimates; 3) Reviews and approves all contract technical submittals (e.g. design drawings, product selection, environmental protection plans, schedules and/or quality control plans); 4) Reviews and approves Activity Hazard Analysis, Critical Lift Plans, Accident Prevention Plans, and/or management of the contractor's safety program; 5) Manages multiple priorities during the administration of construction contracts; and 6) Reviews pre-final contract drawing and specifications.
