Work hours 8:30 am - 5:00 pm, Monday - Friday with a 1 hour lunch period
The Fiscal Management Specialist 3 will provide procurement and fiscal support to the Division of Budget and Grants Management Director. Supervises two Fiscal Management Specialist 2 positions and an Administrative Officer 2 position. Oversees the daily operations of the Contracts, Procurement and Subrecipient Audit section. Oversees the direction and administration of the development, management and execution of all contractual documents for the Department. Oversees the monitoring and reconciliation of contractor invoice files and preparation of encumbrance adjustments and liquidation requests. Reviews and verifies contractor/subcontractor invoices. Lead worker in regards to the review of SCA and other contractor subrecipient Federal Single Audit reports. Develops fiscal policies and procedures. Procurement Liaison for the Department.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements -
One year as a Fiscal Management Specialist 2; or two years of experience in professional fiscal administration, and a bachelor's degree in business administration, accounting, finance, economics, or a related field; or an equivalent combination of experience and training.
