Description You will serve as a Management Assistant in the Contracting Department of NAVSUP FLC NORVA GF.Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of Specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-06 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience must demonstrate the following: performing clerical and technical work in support of management analysis and program analysis to evaluate and improve the efficiency, effectiveness, and productivity of a variety of administrative programs. I have experience with utilizing computer applications such as Enterprise Resource Planning(ERP), timekeeping, Individual Development Plan(IDP) training, Microsoft. I have experience utilizing established methods, practices, criteria and techniques of management analysis and/or program analysis to identify, study, and recommend solutions to resolve a variety of problems associated with work process and administrative operations of an organization such as: purchasing supplies and equipment; receipt, accountability and tracking of Reimbursable and Direct Citation funding; Defense Travel systems; Training and/or office Facilities Work Request processing. Specialized experience may include ; 1) Primary Point of contact for receipt and accountability tracking of reimbursable funding for Division Personnel and direct citation funding for procurement of goods and services; 2) Upload all manual contracts and modifications to the Electronic Document Access(EDA) system; 3) Screen telephone requests to provide information and resolve administrative issues and refer to appropriate staff member for resolution ; 4) perform a wide variety of record keeping, reporting and informational duties In support of an organizations programs , functions, and projects; 5) Identify, study and recommend solutions to administrative problems.
