Position Description

Position Summary

Working from our Capital Campus Harrisburg office, the Senior Enrollment Associate will be a problem-solver and strategic thinker who is responsible for designing and overseeing efficiency solutions for CCA’s enrollment program. The Senior Enrollment Associate will work collaboratively with the Assistant Director of Student Services and the VP of Data and Analytics to ensure processes are developed and maintained to support students enrolled at CCA.

The Senior Enrollment Associate will be responsible for the successful completion of the following tasks:
  • Design the forms and workflow solutions related to enrollment and withdraw processes.
  • Manage and maintain student records to meet federal and state requirements.
  • Fulfillment and Oversight of Social Security and Disability Determination
  • Oversight of the Internet and Technology Subsidy Customer Service and support
  • In partnership with CCA’s guidance and Student Services department, develop and document resources for families experiencing homelessness
  • Compile enrollment data weekly
  • Provide support to the Assistant Director of Student Services to monitor workloads and productivity.
  • Accurately log communications with families concerning enrollment and other student engagement issues
  • Provide effective and positive family support
  • Answer phones, emails and webmails
  • Communicate with School Districts and families in an effective and positive manner using phone or email
  • Other duties as assigned

  • Experience with PA public school enrollment requirements
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools (specifically Microsoft Forms) and web-based applications is essential

  • Excellent communication skills, both oral and written
  • Ability to work effectively both with and without supervision

Work Environment
This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers, phones, photocopiers, filing cabinets and fax machines.

Physical Demands
This is largely a sedentary role. Requires the ability to lift, squat, sit, bend or stand as necessary. Ability to travel to other sites/locations as needed.

Required Education and Experience
  • Associate’s Degree
  • 5 years of relevant work experience

Preferred Education and Experience
  • 7 years of relevant work experience
  • Bachelor’s Degree Preferred

  • Valid PA Driver’s License
  • Appropriate Automobile Insurance Coverage
