As an Human Resources Specialist at the GS-201-13 with a full performance level of GS-13, you will be part of HR Solutions, USA Hire Group at OPM. If selected, you will be responsible for leading project teams, committees, and task forces directly supporting the USA Hire program in the areas of project management, customer communications, customer adoption, account management, user support, training, and business development.For the GS-13: You must have one year of specialized experience which is equivalent to the GS-12 level in the Federal service. Specialized experience for this position is considered to be experience managing projects involving USA Hire online assessments; engaging in strategic communication, customer outreach, account or project management, and business development activities; serving on project teams, committees, or task forces supporting online assessments; and supporting the design and development of HR management services to meet the specific needs of agencies.
Merit promotion applicants must meet time-in-grade requirement as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F.One year at the GS-12 level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-13 level.
