The PA Liquor Control Board is seeking an individual to perform as an Administration and Management Trainee in our Organizational Development Division with working with business partners to identify out-of-date or inefficient policy and business project management for agency projects using standard project management principles. This position participates in a 12-month training program designed to learn and apply principles and practices related to policy and process development, business project management, and program analysis in support of Organizational Development Division objectives. Organization Development services include working with business partners to identify out-of-date or inefficient policy and processes, analyzing policy and process for gaps or improvements, tracking policy and process projects, managing the implementation and change inherent with updates policy and process, and business project management for agency projects using standard project management principles.
The incumbent is responsible for conducting surveys (electronic or otherwise) to gather data necessary for program and project analysis, division project tracking, knowledge management system maintenance, existing process flow mapping, division communication, and administrative duties.
The incumbent will review and edit program and project deliverables under development by the Organizational Development Division to ensure content accuracy, grammatical correctness, and that objectives are supported by the content.

Minimum Experience and Training Requirements -
A bachelor's degree, including 15 credit hours in public administration, business administration, or a related area.
