Description As a Program Analyst (Training Administration), GS-0343-12, with a full performance level of GS-12, you will be part of Suitability Executive Agent Programs (SuitEA), Office of Personnel Management.

If selected, you will be performing a myriad of duties analyzing and supporting the SuitEA Training Program and SuitEA management staff.
For the GS-12 you must have:

One year of specialized experience performing the work of a training program analyst. This experience included activities such as: (1) analyzing methods to improve the effectiveness and/or efficiency of a training program; (2) managing the billing operations of a training program; (3) providing technical advice to management regarding the administration of a training program; and (4) assessing a training program's effectiveness in order to formulate ideas to improve management processes.
This experience must be comparable in scope and responsibility to the GS-11 grade level in the Federal service (obtained either in private or public sectors). Note: Your resume must fully support this experience.

Merit promotion applicants must meet time-in-grade requirement as defined in 5 CFR 300, Subpart F. One year at the GS-11 grade level is required to meet the time-in-grade requirements for the GS-12 grade level.
