Job Duties (Duties marked with an asterisk are essential functions of this job):

This position is responsible for setting up and taking down function rooms, including tables, chairs, meeting equipment, lectern, etc.*

Making room deliveries when required; vacuuming carpets and dusting chair rails in the function rooms; cleaning chandeliers in the Garden Terrace and Garden Terrace lounge*

Setting up outside functions, including tables and chairs for meals, platforms, public address systems, spot and floodlights, etc.; setting up exhibit tables and other equipment required by client's requests*

Maintaining neat and clean storerooms,; taking equipment to engineers for necessary repairs*
-
Reporting areas or items that need attention to engineering department; setting up audio-visual equipment when required*

Cleaning meeting rooms at noon or when the meeting breaks*
-
Picking up and returning equipment borrowed from other divisions or rented from outside companies*
-
Cleaning and vacuuming the arrangements office; and maintaining neat order *

Perform other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:

Must have guest-oriented attitude, ability to work with others and well-groomed appearance.

Ability to read written instructions.

Experience with audio/visual equipment preferred.

Valid driver's license, a condition of continued employment
