As an HR System Solution Analyst Sr within PNC's HR Operations organization, you will be based in either Pittsburgh, PA, Columbus, OH; or Cleveland, OH.

Ideal candidates with have at least 2 + years of Workday experience.

Job Description

  • Assist with the analysis, design and implementation of the organization's Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS) platform, which may include system administration/support and recommending systems and technology solutions for HRIS improvement.
  • Evaluates, analyzes, design and maintaining the organization's HRIS and enforcing related policies and procedures.
  • Provides end user support and identifies new human resources needs and the software products to fulfill those needs. Assists with process improvements where relevant.
  • Evaluates business needs and may make alterations to existing programs to gather and report employee data as necessary.
  • Researches HRIS problems and recommending relevant systems and technology solutions.

Work Experience

Roles at this level typically require a university / college degree, with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education and experience (including military service) may be considered.
